Shipping policy

Due to being so busy, orders are now being shipped 12-16 weeks after you see the item being created on live. This includes a basic tumbler with no name, logo, vinyl, or glitter added. Adding any of the mentioned may add more time to the order.

Also, the shipping is not included in the time listed!

Holiday orders could possibly take longer.

Holiday orders will need to be placed by August or September to ensure your orders being shipped out on time! Please keep in mind, again, I am not responsible for the length of time it takes for the postal service to get your shipped item(s) to you.

Business orders/multiple orders will take longer according to how many tumblers being purchased, but the customer and I will have a conversation about this before the order is placed. The order will have to be paid for first, because I will have to order however many tumblers that are ordered, because I only keep a certain number of tumblers in stock!

Also, once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for how long it takes for your order to be delivered. I do not work for UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or any other delivering service!

Again, multiple orders will take longer to finish and/or shipped!!!!!!
